Columbia Gorge & Mt. Hood

Come explore the amazing Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood all in one day. We’ll start the day with a quick “get to know ya” to introduce you to our guide and your steed for the day. Then we leave the city behind to cruise along the Washington side of the Columbia river past Beacon Rock and then across to the quaint city of Hood River. From Hood River we climb up through the apple orchards onto Mt. Hood. We stop at Timberline lodge at the base of the glacier for a lunch at the Cascade Dining Room. After lunch and a play in the snow we head down following the Sandy River. We then take the Historic Columbia River Highway and stop at the famous Crown Point to see the Columbia River from almost 800 ft above the water. Finally we ride the historic highway down to the river and follow it along the Oregon side back to Portland. Total ride length is about 190 miles over 7 hours.

Rider only: $499

Rider+passenger: $599

The price includes a 1 day Suzuki V-Strom motorcycle rental, insurance, hemet, jacket, pants, gloves, motorcycle luggage, lunch and a guide.

Insurance requires a valid drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement, and at least 25 years of age. Insurance includes:

• Liability Coverage to others.
• Comprehensive Coverage with $1000 deductible.
• Collision Coverage on a secondary basis $1000 deductible.
• Collision Damage Waiver renter only responsible for first $1000 instead of the entire value of the motorcycle loss.

$1,500 Deposit placed on major credit card. Reconciliation upon return of undamaged motorcycle rentals and undamaged rental items.
